2.2 Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your item.
2.3 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

3.2 If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
